Programme Quality and Impact Officer
Farm Africa believes that Africa has the power to feed itself and that its smallholders hold the key to lasting rural prosperity. By supporting communities to implement sustainable agricultural and forestry management practices, our work aims to support smallholders, pastoralists and forest dwellers to significantly improve their income, move out of poverty and better withstand climate change challenges. Achieving this means it is vital that our work delivers lasting positive change for the communities we work with. Farm Africa is committed to understanding what difference we are making on the ground and using sound evidence to identify opportunities to improve our impact. The Programme Quality and Impact Officer will provide analytical support, quality assurance and capacity building to our field teams to ensure Farm Africa's monitoring, evaluation and learning systems deliver credible, useful and accessible evidence of project results.
