Hours: Mon-Fri 9am - 5.30pm
My client is looking for a well organised and professional Purchase Ledger to join their busy Accounts department in their head office based in the outskirts of Brighton. You will have excellent organisational skills and have the ability to multi task a busy workload.
* Supplier reconciliations
* Liaising with suppliers on a regular basis, ensuring that any queries are dealt with in the required timescale
* Processing invoices
* Resolve queries
* Payment reporting
* Purchase ledger
* Liaising with internal and external customers
* Working to strict deadlines
The right candidate will ideally have a background within accounts along with excellent communication and numeracy skills.
