This is a key position within a small Group Finance team with the objective of achieving and sustaining high quality NetSuite business process and providing consistent and reliable Management Information using the recently implemented NetSuite One World system.

The role will therefore have a significant influence in the continuous improvement and standardisation of processes and the systems we use.

The company runs NetSuite One World and uses the following aspects of the integrated system:

- NetSuite's own Software Vertical customisation in which subscription contracts are managed
- CRM and Sales Automation
- Marketing Automation (integration with HubSpot / Bedrock)
- Channel Management
- Project Management
- Sale and Distribution of proprietary hardware products

Working alongside the Group Systems Accountant and with the Group and Regional management teams, optimisation of the system to address these needs is central to the requirement.

Specific responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

- Creating and publishing management dashboards
- Designing and enhancing financial and non-financial reporting
- Automating business processes using workflows and other methods
- Providing data and analysis to support financing and investment stakeholders
- Working with managers across the business to ensure smooth running of their processes
- Own the global settings and customisation of all forms and templates
- Simplifying user experience with the system
- Establishing and maintaining roles to ensure appropriate permissions
- Overseeing systems administration (working with IT helpdesk)
- Coordinating and implementing continuous data cleansing and improvement

Experience Requirements

- ERP systems experience (Oracle / SAP / JDE or similar)
- At least 2 years' NetSuite experience in an administration or implementation capacity
- Experience of organising large amounts of data from disparate sources
- Management dashboard and KPI reporting
- Multi-national reporting and planning
- Multi-currency working
- Working across different cultures
- Production of ad hoc Management Information for commercial bid support
- Financial Accounting support (UK GAAP and IFRS/US GAAP useful)
- Good understanding of relationship between ERP systems and accounting and book-keeping Qualification
- Chartered, Certified or Management accounting qualification ideal


- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the finance and accounting area
- Very strong in MS Excel and data analysis
- Exceptional relationship skills are required; must be able to establish and grow relationships with primary and executive-level contacts
- Strong verbal and written communication and influence skills
- Strong desire for quality and accuracy
- Self-starter with strong technical, analytic and problem solving skills.
- Ideally experienced in IT/ Software industry or/and professional services environment
