Brighton College has an exciting opportunity for a Society and Senior School Administrator to join the team based in Brighton. You will be on a permanent, fixed term basis to cover maternity leave working 38 weeks per year. You will be paid a salary of £17,000 to £17,300 per annum, dependent on experience (£23,000 per annum full-time equivalent).
We are seeking to appoint a highly organised and responsible Administrator to provide administrative support for the Senior School and to the Head of Brighton College Society.
This is a varied role and responsibilities will include researching and organising events, School calendar liaison, helping to produce copy for the brochure and website, database updates, preparing newsletters and mailings and general administration. The successful applicant will also be required to process surveys, Games Registers, Detentions and Late Lists and to provide support for the Exams Office.
The Administrator appointed to the post will be exceptionally organised, able to develop projects using their own initiative and have the ability to deal effectively and courteously with staff and pupils at all levels of the school.
As our Administrator you will be working Monday to Friday from 8.30am-5pm, with the possibility of some weekend and evening work depending on the Brighton Society calendar of events. In this role you will work from Monday 30th October 2017 to Monday 4th June 2018 (although flexibility on the end day may be required).
