To deliver an exceptional service to UK Retail Direct clients through various channels including phone, email and webchat. To ensure compliance with client requirements, internal policies and procedures and our regulatory framework.

Client Details

Leading Asset Manager


Understands client needs, expectations and behaviours and provides the appropriate materials/responses to meet those needs.

Communicates effectively with clients and third parties keeping them informed of change/issues etc. Champions service excellence and demonstrates attention to account details.

Executes all routine client guidance (e.g. online) and complex transactions (e.g. fund transfers, probate) for the UK Retail Direct offering.

Captures relevant information in systems. Adjusts style to shareholders based on client centric approach.

Maintains strong relationships with internal and external business partners throughout the organisation. Works with internal


l Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.

l Investment Management Certificate (IMC) or ability to obtain within one year.

l Experience of dealing with clients through Digital channels preferred

l Familiar with basic web functionality in order to resolve client queries

l Experienced in speaking with clients and providing guidance

l Demonstrated ability to hold intelligent conversations and build rapport over the phone

l Strong foundation of mutual fund industry and investment knowledge.

l In depth knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

l Excellent organisational skills and interpersonal skills.

l Ability to multi-task with a can-do attitude.

l Demonstrates problem-solving skills, sound business judgement and decision making.

l Comfortable working in an international environment and an evolving department. Flexible and adaptable.
