Sales Administration / Events Coordinator
Sales Administration / Event Co-Ordinator job based in Farnham, Surrey working for TeamSport the UK's #1 Indoor Karting company, with exciting multi-level tracks across the UK.
This job is split between doing the sales team administration tasks and working on the phones as an events coordinator when needed. The role will include running sales/ marketing reports, helping to review sales and collate reports for the Regional Directors, invoicing and being the central point of contact for administration within the team. Other duties include filing and general office administration.
On the Events Co-ordinator side you will mostly be taking incoming calls from individuals and business customers seeking advice on our Go Karting Events. Your job is to convert those calls into bookings for our tracks around the country. This is a varied and exciting role that requires a level head, a good telephone manner, strong administration skills and the ability to work in a fun environment.
Please be aware this role will include one weekend shift each week and you will be also be rota'd into some bank holidays throughout the year with additional pay. Hours are between 8:45 - 6:30 with early and late shifts.
We offer comprehensive training and progression including NVQs in Customer Service and look for talented, customer focused individuals, with excellent administration skills and confidence to work on the phones talking to customers about our karting events.
