Office Administrator / Counter Assistant
Administration, Customer Service and Stores role available for immediate start.

The role will involve 3 parts- ADMIN, CUSTOMER RELATIONS AND STORES
- Clerical and office support.
- Producing invoices and quotes for new and existing clients.
- Guiding customers in the showroom and making notes on their queries.
- Unloading deliveries of heavy stock.
- Stock checking.
- Creating presentations and inputting date on to forms.
- For the majority of the time you will be based independently in the show room. You will need to multi role whilst on site.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
- Industrial/manufacturing experience is ideal.
- Knowledge of Microsoft word and excel.
- Competent in typing email and message taking.
- Previous experience of working with windows.
- Candidates will need to have a confident telephone manner.
- Comfortable working alone.
HOURS: 0730-1630 Monday to Friday, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays 0830-1200
PAY: GBP11 per hour whilst on a temp to perm. GBP20,000 per annum once permanent after 12 weeks.
