Position Overview:

This position is responsible for assisting Relocation Counselors and Plus partners in delivering a high level of customer service.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Assisting Relocation Counselors with file management to support high quality customer service
  • Supporting the relocating employees and corporate clients, as an extension of the Relocation Counselor
  • Generating and reviewing reports and communication pieces for corporate clients and relocating employees
  • Coordinating and managing supplier services as directed by the Relocation Counselor and client
  • Researching requests and resolve issues for relocating employees and corporate clients as requested by Relocation Counselors
  • Preparing and review relocation and assignment cost estimates
  • Tracking progression of service delivery and communicate to Relocation Counselor, services dates, and lease documentation
  • Supporting internal customers in the facilitation and understanding of relocation expense processes


  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to be a self-starter and work autonomously, as well as be part of a successful team
  • Passionate about providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
  • Ability to respond resourcefully and constructively to new demands, priorities, and challenges

  • College degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service
  • Willing to travel as business needs require
