Sales Support Administrator
Salary: 20k per annum + Benefits

Our client is an interior design company based in Weybridge, Surrey. They're looking for an outgoing, hardworking & creative individual to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing general administrative sales support to the Sales team
  • Assist sales team with sales enquiries either over the telephone or via the website.
  • Route calls to appropriate individuals and distribute messages in a timely manner
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Send correspondence to client s as required
  • Compile occasional reports as requested

Project Management:

  • Working with the Design & Sales Teams to cost individual projects
  • Communication with suppliers & clients
  • Overseeing individual projects and co-ordinate the supply & installation of various elements

Required skills:

  • The successful candidate must possess exceptional communication skills.
  • They must be self-motivated and with the ability to multi-task inExcellent communication and organisation skills a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Work Ethic; can work independently
  • Good knowledge of Word & Excel
  • Willing to be a team player
