My client, a well-known national charity is looking for an Interim Head of Organisational Development to join the CEO's Office as the organisation embarks on the development of a new operating model. This role will be key in developing and defining the OD and learning strategies to align with and facilitate the delivery of the new business model and people strategy. This will also include leading on and conducting a review of the organisational capability needs, conducting a full skills gap analysis and organisational design. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned OD specialist to be part of the senior leadership team whilst undertaking a role where you will be developing strategy and maximising the potential of the organisation through continuous learning whilst challenging under performance. Your remit will also involve, identifying and prioritising plans to ensure the organisation has the skills required to support the new organisations as it transitions and identify the resources required to deliver the learning and development and OD strategies. The successful candidate will be an experienced HR professional with highly developed experience in organisational learning and learning and development. You will have experience of working with executive and senior leadership teams together with experience of delivery as part of a wider transformation programme.
