Salary: GBP19, 988.94 plus 5% shift allowance and GBP500 language allowance (French, Spanish, and Italian etc.).
Hours: 35 Hours a week over a shift pattern

My client is looking for bright and dynamic Claims Handlers to join their busy claims department based in the heart of Redhill.
The role will be to manage the claim, making sure that all parties are appraised of the situation until the claim is satisfied.
* Liaising and providing relevant and accurate information to every customer/partner
* Understand and use necessary programmes, applications and IT software systems
* Process cases in accordance with department procedures and agreed authority levels
* Deployment of cases to appropriate and approved suppliers
* Ensure all parties relevant to the provision of effective assistance are correctly notified and updated on a regular basis
* Understand and apply the correct complaints and compliments procedure
* Provide relevant and accurate information to all relevant parties
* Update and log all case notes accurately
* Provide outstanding customer service
* Support call handling activity when in times of high demand
The right candidate will have a proven background within insurance/financial services and have a good understanding of the claims process. You will have excellent attention to detail and outstanding customer service skills with the ability to work in a busy working environment.
