Hour of work:

8:30am - 5:30pm

An exciting opportunity has come about with one of our Network Security clients who are looking to recruit a number of Service Engineers to join their team around the London area.

The purpose of the job is to: carry out the test, commission, training, quality assurance to installation engineers' work and to be the technical point of contact for all servicing, maintenance, repair on Fire Alarm, Security Detection System, CCTV and other alarm systems.

Role and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

* Provide technical support to engineers
* Carrying out commissioning of new products & systems
* Complete all relevant paper work during handback and commissioning
* Carry out training with clients and end users to ensure effective use of products
* Plan auditing for installation engineers
* Undertake installation and maintenance on units to identify faults and solutions using various manuals and drawings.
* Complete environmental examinations, testing and commissioning against detailed specifications, detailing any issues found.
* Compile formal reports detailing post incident / failure.
* Advice customer on various steps required to improve product functions.

Required Experience

* UK Driver's licence
* Previous maintenance experience in relevant field
* Technical engineering understanding
