Role Summary:

Reporting to the Office Supervisor, the role involves the administration of Factory Administrative functions within a Production Environment.

Specific responsibilities include:

Despatch processing and administration.

Purchase order and invoice processing using JDE One World system Collation and processing of all daily, weekly and monthly management information data, in accordance with our established SOX Audit System.

Payroll input and maintenance.

inclusive of stock management, samples, stock information and analysis.

Stationary purchasing and stock control.

Completing Monthly Reports on Training, Sickness and Absence.

The Factory is continuously improving and moving forwards and it is essential that the Office Supervisor adapts to these changes.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

Reliability Administration experience / responsibility for key Company auditable processes Good communication skills Flexibility, enthusiasm and the ability to use their own initiative and work as part of a team.

High degree of computer literacy and numeric skills and competent use of all Microsoft applications.

The ability to understand, accept and achieve targets and deadlines.

Organizational skills including efficient planning and implementation of systems and procedures.

Knowledge of all administration functions including payroll, purchasing and stock control Proven office / HR / secretarial experience Self-discipline and multi-tasking An understanding of Ibstock administrative systems and procedures
