Contract Type
Safe and Connected provides a valuable 24 hour monitoring and response service to some of Enfield's most vulnerable people. Telecare further enhances the support we provide by automatically monitoring and detecting potential crisis situations (i.e. alerting to an epileptic seizure) at the earliest opportunity.

Having developed the service considerably over recent years and introduced Telecare, we are now undertaking a programme to further transform and enhance the service and are looking to recruit an experienced Telecare Advisor to join our constantly evolving, successful and professional service.

A Telecare Advisor is the first point of contact for customers who raise an emergency alert and the role involves communicating with and on behalf of customers to achieve an emergency response in times of crisis.

The successful applicant will need to be willing to work a set rota covering 24 hours, with weekend rota's providing days off during the week. You will need to be self-motivated, committed to ensuring the needs of our users are met, able to work within an established and dedicated team and able to work on their own initiative. Excellent communication skills are essential as is previous experience of working with vulnerable users in a community setting.
