Agency Account Manager - Digital Marketing
A growing digital-first agency specialising in the student marketplace is seeking an Account Manager with strong experience in account management. This agency is totally focussed on delivering their clients' marketing goals, constantly seeking out new ways to achieve them using digital media, as well as traditional media including out-of-home and press. As strategic client lead, you'll develop close relationships with your clients, visiting them regularly and staying in close contact to make sure their account is running smoothly and their expectations are met and exceeded. They've had a great year, with strong feedback from existing clients and an impressive new business performance. You will be exposed to the entire marketing process from initial brief taking and strategic decision making, right through to post-campaign analysis. Your background could be in agency account management, in a consultative sales role or in education marketing. You'll have experience in digital campaign planning and be fascinated by the opportunities digital offers. You'll be sociable and great with clients, and your organisation and attention to detail will ensure campaigns run smoothly and all KPI's are met. You must??? - Have at least 2 years' account management experience - Have a strong knowledge of digital marketing - Be super-organised with excellent attention to detail - Love working in a team and building long term relationships with clients - Be self-sufficient and mature, confidently taking the lead with your clients - Enjoy analysing data, coming up with ideas, solving problems and going the extra mile to achieve results - Enjoy working in a small team You might??? - Have a good degree - Have experience in education marketing Benefits: 25 days holiday plus your birthday off.
