WOW FACTOR: OUTSTANDING opportunity to join a large transport operating company based in the heart of the City in an extremely varied, diverse and busy internal communications team.

Our client is looking for an excellent candidate who has strong experience working within a similar position as well as having strong administration / writing literature experience.

JOB ROLE: Employee Communications Advisor JOB TYPE: Temporary COMPANY: Large transport company HOURS: 9.00 - 17.00 SALARY: GBP17.00 - GBP19.00 per hour LOCATION: City of London CULTURE: Professional, busy DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:

To administer topical and engaging material to the whole of the business.

Common responsibilities will include driving business content through multiple communication streams including email, intranet stories among others. Your communication pieces will tell the story behind the companies current projects and business strategy; they will engage the reader and give the reader an idea behind the bigger picture.

Experience within a similar position is critical as is strong copy writing skills and ideally an understanding of the transport industry (this is desired but not essential)

  • Helping to build large scale communication campaigns across a large number of projects and topics.
  • Implementing the company wide communication plan. You will use as many streams of communication to engage the workforce and remind them why the company is a great place to work.
  • Drive Business Content and show readers the big picture while still sharing all the details of the topic.

* Consistently create content that is both topical and engaging for all employees.

  • Managing sign off process for communication materials

*Developing and maintaining key relationships across the business.
