Administrative Assistant to Company Secretary

30-35K per annum

West End

Permanent

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assistance with production of reports and presentations
  • Board meeting preparation of papers and maintenance of records
  • Assisting in compliance with statutory filing and reporting requirements
  • Diary management and organisation of meetings
  • Data & document management
  • Acting as a first point of contact for internal/external queries
  • Filing, scanning and general administrative duties
  • Ad Hoc tasks as required

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proactive with strong time management and organisational skills
  • Resilient and resourceful
  • Good verbal and written communication skills,
  • Able to prioritise workloads
  • Confidential and professional
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • A multi-faceted role and does some company secretarial duties which this role will assist with
  • A couple of years administration experience
  • May suit someone who wants to go down the road of company secretary in the future - equally might be a strong Team Assistant, Secretary, office administrator
