One of our large Financial Services Clients are looking for an experienced Transfer Agency Analyst
The Transfer Agency department provides a third party fund administration service to numerous fund management companies covering the full range of shareholder servicing functions including dealing, registration, settlements, distributions, commissions and statements.
As a Senior Analysts for the Fund service Centre you will provide excellent client service by answering incoming telephone calls, email and written enquiries for all our clients and assisting with deal administration tasks where appropriate.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
Answering all customer calls in a timely, efficient, professional and courteous manner and providing excellent customer service to all parties that contact the Fund Service Centre.
Providing information on Register amendments (COA, Mandates, and Transfers etc.), distribution payments and general registration enquiries.
Placing telephone OEIC subscription & redemption deals for our Investors.
Answering written enquiries from Clients/Agents and Investors in a timely, efficient and professional manner.
Maintaining a close working relationship with other areas, such as Dealing, Registration, Settlements and other internal areas such as the Relationship Managers
Ensure Treating Customer Fairly (TCF) is Embedded to deliver the six customer outcomes of right culture, right information, right delivery, right targeting, right advice and right post sales treatment.
Adhere to all standards set by the bank and the FCA regarding call quality and ensure you consistently meet these standards in the delivery of your role.
Actively seek to achieve personal development and growth within the business by undertaking to achieve your I.O.C certification.
Be a pioneer of support to your Team Leader and peers. Help by providing support for newer team members and support the business by being a positive voice for any change.

The successful candidate will have:
call centre, customer service environment experience
Resolving client queries
Transfer agency services (training will be provided)
Experience of working within Financial Services, Ideally this will be Fund Services would be an advantage but not essential
