Are you currently at AAT level 4 (or a recently qualified AAT) and looking to upgrade to a larger practice firm, start your ACA and carry out a role which includes both audit assignments as well as accounts and some tax? Are you keen to upgrade to a niche, Top 60 practice that works with a large number of interesting and high profile media, entertainment, creative, film, TV and sports clients? Are you looking to gain exposure to impressive high profile clients, including high net worth individuals and their associated companies, as well as large listed businesses and household names? Are you also looking to work for a firm which will provide full study support for the ACA, as well as provide internal training and support through your entire ACA studies? If so this growing practice based in Central London is looking for a good quality candidate to join their growing audit and advisory department. Your role will be around 50% to 60% audit based with the remainder of your time spent on accounts preparations and some basic tax computation work. You will also gain exposure to ad hoc projects from time to time. Your role will be varied, challenging, yet hugely enjoyable.

To be considered for this new position you must be either studying AAT level 4 and almost be fully AAT qualified, or someone who has recently finished their AAT and looking to start the ACA. You must currently be working for a UK based practice firm and it is likely you will have around 2 years of experience in a practice environment. Your current role must be at least 20% audit based, although ideally it will be 50% or more audit based. You must have experience carrying out the fieldwork stage of an audit, as well as preparing statutory accounts. You must be looking to work on a varied client portfolio, with a bias towards media, film, TV and entertainment type clients, although you will gain exposure to other sectors such as property, technology, education and digital media. You must also possess strong communication skills, be professional and be smart in appearance, since the role involves regular contact with high profile clients. It is also vital that you have a strong AAT exam history, with first time passes in all exams.
