Our client is a dynamic commercial property Investment Agency based in the City of London that advises occupiers within niche commercial property sectors. They have an immediate requirement for a Receptionist/Administrator to help meet and greet guests and be involved in a wide range of administrative tasks.

This is a fast-paced and extremely varied role including diary management, meeting and greeting guests, answering incoming calls, organising and distributing post, ordering stationary, filing, database management, research markets for sales team and other ad-hoc administrative tasks as and when required.

The role will progress quickly to Office Manager or for the right candidate, to Junior Investment Agent as the team are incredibly busy and growing quickly. They require someone who is well-presented, confident, organised and above all, keen to progress their career in a fast-paced environment. This could suit a bright, entrepreneurial recent school leaver or someone currently in an admin role who would like to move into commercial property. Our client is offering fantastic earning potential including profit sharing scheme and a competitive basic salary.
