-You will act as a contact point at the in scope TFL locations for HP engineers as required.
-You will proactively assist end users with questions relating to device functionality.
-You will be responsible for liaising and coordinating with the HP central support teams regarding in scope device and software support service calls.
-You will report any occurrences of customer issues or service queries to the HP account Delivery Manager so they can be addressed in a timely manner.
-You will be a team player who is always willing to help your colleagues.
-You will be responsible for coordinating the recycling process by arranging the collection and removal of the empty cartridges through the planet partner programme.
-You will be responsible for clearing any paper jams or MIS-feeds.

- Experience working in Print Administration.
