Job Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administration Assistant to join a successful property company based in NW London. The right candidate will be providing support to a number of managers, along with establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with clients. This role is an opportunity to gain experience within the property sector.

About the role:

  • Full departmental administration
  • Processing and filing invoices for approval
  • Updating and storing of compliance documents
  • Maintaining Tenants Ledgers for rents received
  • Chasing rent arrears
  • Liaising between Landlords, Tenants and Contractors as required

About you:

  • Impeccable written and spoken English
  • Minimum of 12 month's experience within an office administrator's role
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Word and PowerPoint skills.
  • Strong planning and organising skills to support more than one Manager
  • Excellent communication skills to build and maintain strong relations with Clients
  • Good numeracy skills
