Peer Education Assistant
This is a brilliant opportunity to be at the forefront of Girlguidings' award-winning peer education programme. In peer education, Girlguiding members aged 14-25 are trained to deliver innovative and fun workshops on topics like body confidence and mental well-being/resilience to girls aged 8-25. The Peer Education Programme Assistant will be responsible for administering the programme, running training events, providing excellent customer service and working on projects under the direction of the Peer Education Programme Coordinator. This role will be part of a small, two-person team based at Girlguiding's Head Quarters in London, which runs the programme nationally. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational, communication and relationship-building skills. They will also have experience in administration and be confident in improving existing systems and processes. They'll be passionate about supporting young people to talk about issues which really impact their lives. Attention to detail and excellent time management are essential to this role.
