Salary: GBP18,500 starting salary progressing to GBP19,000 after 6 months + bonus

My client is a rapidly growing specialised debt recovery company based in Redhill, they are seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their expanding team.

Duties and responsibilities for this role:

* Take inbound calls and make outbound calls
* Keep customer up to date and informed by calling them proactively
* Liaise with other areas of the business
* Negotiate with customers
* Be persuasive, persistent and self motivated
* Handle complaints in a professional and timely manner
* Update systems and records ensuring information is accurate
* General administration

Have you got the following experience or skills?

  • Previous experience in collections or customer service
  • Able to use own initiative to resolve customer queries
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Strong telephone and call handling skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
