Insurance Complaints Handler (3 Month Fixed Term Contract)

Start date: Immediate

Location: Crawley

Salary: GBP19k - GBP20k

Hours: Mon-Fri 9am - 5.30pm

My client is looking for a customer focused Trainee Insurance Complaints Handler to join their compliance/customer service team based in their office based in Crawley.

Responsibilities:

* Dealing with incoming complaints from customers by letter and email
* Reviewing evidence in relation to the complaint
* Compiling letter and responses to customers
* Working within a FCA regulated environment
* Liaising with customers on the phone
* Resolving the complaint through to resolution
* Log all information on the CRM

The right candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

* Customer service background ideally within insurance or financial services
* Proven background in dealing with complaints
* Excellent written communication skills
* Great attention to detail
