The client is a profitable and expanding business, providing professional services and advice to a wide range of corporate and High Net Worth clients, on an international basis. This role will provide comprehensive operational support and coordination to a Divisional Director.

The Director and a sizeable team, that spans a number of activities, operates and transacts across a range of lines-of -business, both in the UK and Europe. This activity requires diligent management. A key component of the role will be the regular collation, analysis, and distribution of Management Information and reports, including sales activities, pipeline, and performance, as well as the likes of market-based activities, opportunities, and updates. This will be in conjunction with providing full administrative support to the Director and team, recognising and ensuring issues are dealt with or escalated appropriately, and that the function is operating in as cohesive, efficient, and productive manner as possible. In this respect the role will ensure Business Managers are informed, updated and managed. You will require good influencing skills.

Whilst this is not a customer facing role per se, with direct involvement in sales, candidates will need to be confident in dealing with clients and enquiries via telephone and email based communications, and be comfortable representing the Company at seminars, Trade shows and Events, as required.

Candidates will have related experienced in supporting commercial activities and senior leadership, and we would be particularly interested in hearing from candidates with backgrounds in Professional Services such as Legal, Accountancy, Financial Services, Consultancy, Property Management or Surveying. It goes without saying you need to be highly organised, efficient, and diligent, with the ability to take the initiative.
