Customer Service Specialist - French language speaker
Hours: Mon-Fri 9am - 5:30pm
Due to location you will ideally have your own transport
My client is looking for a dynamic and professional Customer Service Specialist to join their offices based in Hailsham.
The purpose of the role will be to work in the dispatch department, working closely with the distributors in order to provide them with the best service and support.
Required languages: Fluency in English and French is essential. If you also speak Spanish this would be an advantage.
* Keying in data, allocating stock to shipping orders
* Communicating with couriers to arrange deliveries
* Getting quotes for international shipping.
* Creating commercial invoices to ensure stock passes through customs - as per individual country requirements
* Requesting payment for orders pending dispatch
* Processing PDQ payments & liaising with Accounts Department to communicate customer payments
* Checking stock availability and forecast.
* Checking the manuals carefully for special accounts to ensure that the entire order cycle is followed correctly to meet customer deadlines.
* Dealing with customers, agents and distributor enquiries (arranging stock lists, etc)
* Dealing with faulty complaints and managing refunds/replacement stock dispatch
The right candidate will have strong communication skills and have a proven background within a customer service role. You will have excellent IT skills, administration skills with the ability to multi-task.
