Role Profile: To ensure the day to day operation of the front desk is undertaken and the visitors experience is at the highest quality. To ensure the facilities are well maintained and to ensure all queries and requests are dealt with satisfactorily. To undertake general administration as requested.Duties and Responsibilities: Meet & Greet: Greeting visitors in the Reception area; notifying the host of their visitors' arrival, showing them to the appropriate meeting room and making welcome drinks as required.Receiving all telephone calls and directing calls/messages as required.Coordinating building parking spacesBooking venues and travel for monthly lunch clubsGranting access to suppliers and accompanying deliveries from goods inwards entrance to the floor. Facilities: Delivering the incoming post to Operations/Finance team.Mail dutiesEnsuring printers have paper stock in the trays and nearby for refilling during the day.Booking meeting rooms on request.Ensuring the meeting rooms are well maintainedSupporting the Operations team with 'unsubscribes' processSupporting travel team with travel bookings using Travel Management Companies.General printing/filing/laminating dutiesData entry of information on to Company DatabaseSupporting the HR team with general administration activities
