This leading edge organisation in Wembley are looking for an experienced Corporate Receptionist / Customer Service Advisor to join their Front of House team.


The role: This role is working in a fast paced 5* Luxury Front of House environment, reporting to the Centre Manager. It will involve:
• Ensuring all customer service standards are being met
• Meeting and Greeting Clients
• Organising Meeting Room bookings
• Liaising with staff around administration
• Working with local couriers
• Confidently provide IT Support
• Other Customer Service duties (billing, invoicing, facilities, etc..)


The candidate: The successful candidate must:
• Have a passion for delivering 5* Customer Service
• Have a proven track record within a Customer Service environment
• Have experience within a corporate organisation where you have dealt with Customers Face to Face
• Strong Communication skills
• Be highly presentable
• Excellent grasp of English both verbally and written
• Have career aspirations
• Strong work ethos
