Your new role
ON GOING TEMP JOB ROLE
You will have the over all responsibility of the export operations, ensure that the export process meets the timescales required, you must be able to identify orders or shipping problems and deal with immediately and logically, consistently provide an excellent customer service and ensure that all orders for each month are shipped and invoiced on time.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be reporting directly to the head of customer service, must have a 'can-do' positive attitude and knowledge of exporting from previous work experience. Excellent communication skills are required written and verbal, you must have a high attention to detail and the ability to fit into a fast paced team quickly managing a high pressured work load. you must have strong planning and organisational skills.
