About the company

Carter Jonas, one of the leading firms of national property consultancy professionals, is recruiting a customer focused Sales/Lettings Coordinator to join our dynamic Residential team in our busy Marylebone office.

This role involves a variety of client liaison and admin tasks including taking calls and dealing with clients at Reception, filing, producing reports, client correspondence and putting together engaging presentations and client documentation.

This role is a 50/50 split between the Residential Lettings department and the Residential Sales Department. You will be responsible for supporting in the smooth running of both departments by providing an administrative/office manager service

Duties of the Sales / Lettings Coordinator:

- Answering the phone and directing calls as required
- Dealing directly with clients / applicants looking to let or rent or sell properties and answer any enquiries
- Typing and organising reports where appropriate
- Organising the marketing of the properties including arranging photographs and floor plans and EPCs, creating brochures, window cards and organising advertising
- Arranging canvassing
- Anti - Money laundering
- Fire safety officer
- Collating statistics
- Office manager- including stationary ordering and arranging general maintenance of the office
- Making lettings files
- Sales invoicing
- Overseeing petty cash
- Progressing tenancy paperwork for the lettings team
- Carrying out the occasional viewing for lettings and sales as and when required
- Organising contractors to attend to maintenance issued and informing landlords of costs or quotes where applicable.
- Overseeing the lettings and sales keys
- Filing of any associated paper work
- Assisting with arranging inventories

Requirements of the Sales / Lettings Coordinator:

- Experience of working in the property industry (Desirable)
- Experience of working as part of a residential sales and/or lettings team (Desirable)
- Professional
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong administrative skills
- Strong IT skills
- A strong team player with good interpersonal skills
- Numerate
- Excellent communication skills
- Good time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Highly organised
- Experience of working in a fast paced administrative environment
