Our Client based in Datchet, Berkshire are looking for a Temp- Perm Receptionist/Administrator (Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm). You will be working as part of an Administration team, providing first class Customer Service and Back office Support.

Your duties will include:-

- Welcoming visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone

- Answering and transferring calls using the internal switchboard

- Referring and dealing with customer queries, making sure they are dealt with in a timely manner

- Signing visitors in and out by using a log book and issuing ID Badges

- Dealing with incoming and out going post

- Booking meeting rooms and ordering any additional supplied that are required

- Organising travel arrangements for clients and employees

- Maintaining and updating the internal directory for employees and departments

- Ordering stationary and any office supplies by using the internal portal

The successful candidate will need:-

- Excellent telephone manner

- Computer literate

- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines

- A team player
