My client has an immediate vacancy for a Operations Co-ordinator to join an expanding team. Ideally you will have prior experience working in an Operational capacity and have previous experience coordinating/scheduling engineers.
Planning teams of engineers and sub-contracted Labour
Building strong relationships with project teams, engineers and suppliers
Produce fast and accurate labour information for Project Managers
Liaise with the design and pre-sales teams to understand future projects and labour requirements
Monitor the progress of installations and ensure they are working to schedule
Request and collate information from site to ensure that project running smoothly
Ensure all engineer personnel information is available, complete and up to date
Review daily attendance logs to ensure labour on-site is adequately vetted.
Candidates will have excellent organisational and time management skills and fantastic attention to detail. You will also be a team player with first class communication and interpersonal skills. If you are interested in this role we would love to hear from you!
