Salary: GBP19,443 - GBP21,339 (inclusive of local weighting)

Hours: Full Time - 37 hours per week

Contract: Permanent

The Company:

An exciting opportunity to join a new and innovative company delivering children's safeguarding and social care services in Slough. This is the second Children's Services Trust to be established in the UK as a result of government direction following the successful creation of Doncaster Children's Services Trust. This makes us an exciting, but challenging place to work!

We are seeking a candidate who can make a difference and support the team members to achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

- Providing confidential, administrative support to the team including answering telephone enquiries, diary management, arrangement of meetings, prioritising and answering routine correspondence and e-mails as directed.
- Contributing to the development of effective Services business partnerships, both internal and external, through establishing good customer relationships and by delivering high quality support services.
- To undertake a range of business support functions e.g. processing invoices, raising purchase orders, placing orders and processing expenses claims/mileage claims as necessary, maintaining and reviewing cost centre budget spreadsheets and providing budget monitoring information and co-ordinating monthly / weekly returns and rotas.

Requirements

- Able to build great business relationships,
- Work as part of a team
- Excellent all- rounder, able to prioritise well work under pressure
- Excellent MS office skills
- First class customer service skills, internally and externally
