Job Purpose

In a secretarial and administration capacity the primary purpose of the role involves includes diary management, assisting and reporting to thje Managing Partner and Partners on a daily basis and undertaking PA, ad hoc secretarial and office management duties. The role can be extremely varied and relies on initiative and an energetic can do attitude.

The successful candidate will play an essential role in the administrative management of the office and also be the first point of contact for our valued clients on both the front desk and phone. The switchboard is manned by another individual.


  • Meet and greet clients and provide refreshments
  • Diary management
  • Assisting with the overspill of switchboard calls; receiving and fielding calls accordingly
  • Travel management - booking accommodation and organising travel logistics
  • Arranging and hosting customer/client visits/lunches
  • Occasionally minuting meetings
  • Ad hoc admin support/office duties
  • Maintaining KYC documentation
  • Office & facilities management for office supplies and utilities
  • Oversee smooth running of office boardroom so it is set up in advance for meetings/presentations
  • Provide ongoing administrative and organisational support to the Managing Partner and Partners

Skills & Experience - Essential

  • Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Powerpoint

Skills & Experience - Desirable

  • Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator
  • Knowledge of Linkedin and Google analytics

Education and Qualification

  • University graduate
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience of Secretarial/Personal Assistant type work (advantageous but not essential for the highly organised)

Working Hours - Monday to Friday 9am-6pm
