installation, repair, modernisation and maintenance of lifts for ninety years.

PDERS is currently recruiting for a New Equipment Sales Consultant to work across London, the South East and Northern Home Counties.

This is a new business role and as Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for developing a customer base and brand awareness across the London regions, attracting new equipment customers whilst retaining existing customers, ensuring profits and margins are maximised at all times.

You will be a talented and engaging Sales Professional who has a proven track record in maximizing both revenue returns and customer satisfaction. You will have lift industry experience and be a strong relationship builder who embraces the importance of a continued focus on new business development, who is also effective in day-to-day account management responsibilities. To be successful in this role, it is essential that you have a proven track record in exceeding sales targets. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work with people at all levels.

You will be target focused, with the ability to work at pace in a demanding, complex, corporate organisation and be well versed at multi-tasking a deadline driven workload to ensure that the customer has any day-to-day issues resolved effectively and that all sales, KPI and revenue targets are achieved.

Key tasks will include developing a sales strategy, achieving sales targets, managing sales activity/ forecasts, developing new customers via cold calling, networking, bids and tenders and maintaining good working relationships with customers, including effective account and debt management.

With your excellent communication and networking skills you will be responsible for planning your own sales strategy through account planning and customer analysis. You will also have strong project management skills and work closely with internal departments to ensure that customer needs are met.

On top of your basic salary, your anticipated bonus in year two is cGBP10K and cGBP20K in year three.
