CRM & Fundraising Data Analysis Officer GBP34,161 per annum Vauxhall, London Full time, 35 hours per week Ref: 792 One in six people in the UK will have a disability in their lifetime and we want to make sure they have the opportunity to live their lives to their full potential. Leonard Cheshire Disability (LCD) is the UK's largest voluntary sector provider of services for disabled people. Our services include high-quality care and community support together with innovative projects supporting disabled people into education, employment and entrepreneurship. Worldwide, our global alliance of Cheshire partners supports disabled people into education and employment and works in more than 50 countries. The aim of this role is to create, develop and deliver accurate data analysis and reports for the Fundraising and Communication teams (70% of the time), alongside helping out the Data Import function (30% of the time). You will contribute to building and maintaining a robust and accurate database in order to support our ambitious Fundraising plan. The ideal candidate will be a curious data enthusiast, highly organised and a great listener, and will bring significant experience working with CRM and delivering data analysis for fundraising. Good experience working with SQL scripts is essential in order to extract data, ready to be manipulated and analysed. We analyse data using Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel and we are keen to make the next step up using Microsoft Power BI as well. Some of our reports are also built using VBA and SSRS. The ideal candidate will have experience with import, queries and exports of Raiser's Edge (or another CRM) and be comfortable with Access for building data import tools and Excel for data manipulation and reporting. Experience building SSIS packages is desired but not essential.
