We are recruiting a talented and proven Field Sales Executive to sell service packages within London and therefore you will need to live within the M25.

The Role:
To expand the company's portfolio by selling our service packages to new and lapsed customers as well as selling chargeable repairs and modernization
This is predominantly a new business role and you will need to achieve your sales targets - through identifying and developing strong professional working relationships with prospect clients, lapsed customers and influencers
Pro-active business development activities, including maximizing existing customer wallet share, cold calling and networking
Developing individual sales strategy in conjunction with the Service Sales Manager to drive portfolio and margin growth

Experience Required:
New business field sales experience is essential, ideally, although not essentially, selling service and maintenance contracts
As the Sales Consultant, this may be from within the lift industry, similar building services industries, (e.g. fire, security, air conditioning, facilities), or even product sales
You will be target focused, with the ability to work at pace in a demanding, complex, corporate organisation and be well versed at multi-tasking a deadline driven workload to ensure that the customer has any issues resolved effectively and that all sales, KPI and revenue targets are achieved
Evidence of successfully using a CRM system
Personality traits of assertiveness, accountability, organizational ability and evidence of being an engaging Service Sales Consultant
