About the role: You will work alongside the existing Client Support Team to provide assistance to the team of Financial Advisers. You will also work closely with customers and with insurers. The business is currently focused on: - Income protection insurance - Life insurance - Critical illness - Business Protection Insurances - Private Medical Insurance - Group Risk insurances As a Client Support Administrator, you will have effective communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team. You should be a logical thinker, with exceptional analytical skills, have extremely high attention to detail, very organised and have the ability to prioritise. You should be able to work quickly and thrive in a high-pressure environment, with the ability to meet short deadlines. Responsibilities (including but not limited to): - Completing data sensitive applications with client's over the phone, including detailed medical, financial and lifestyle questions - Performing identity checks over the phone - Checking and data capturing client information to show the sales process is compliant to regulators rules and regulations - Corresponding with advisers, clients, insurers and anyone else to ensure the best possible service and punctual submission of applications - Supporting clients with claims - Supporting clients with complaints - Dealing with customer service queries - General office administration, including scanning and post Required skills: - Great communication skills (both written and spoken) - Professional telephone manner - Computer literate - Microsoft office suite experience (including Excel, Word and Outlook) - Experience of working in regulated financial services is preferred but not essential About the company: They are a fast growing financial advisers based in Brighton, near Preston Park.
