This is an opportunity for a developer with 6 - 8 years experience to join our development team of 5 developers. Your job will be to lead, guide and inspire a team to build great online products from back-end to front-end (~60% of your time). This is a hands-on role, so you should be comfortable getting involved in architecting as well as actually implementing (~40% of your time.)

As a lead developer you must:
- Be comfortable leading a team, guiding them and making technical decisions
- Be able to mentor the team
- Have experience in front-end as well as back-end architecture
- Have experience working in a design and UI/UX environment
- Have experience in single page applications based on Angular
- Pay great attention to detail
- Have experience of working within an agile workflow
- Be passionate about and proud of the work you do
- Experience using GIT, Javascript frameworks, as well as Javascript without frameworks, CSS pre-processors, Bootstrap, Grunt
-Be familiar with the stack: AWS, Python/Django, Angular and Vanilla JS/CSS/HTML
- Knowledge in creating, maintaining and documenting coherent server side and client-side APIs
- Be willing to travel to our overseas offices

Nice to haves would include (in order of importance):
- Experience of software testing/TDD
- Some experience of backend development/integration
- Experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

- Blog articles
