Robertson Bell Finance are recruiting for an Interim Accounts Payable Assistant to join a well-established not for profit organisation based in London. The post holder will be working in a strong and dynamic team initially for 12 months on a fixed term contract basis. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring all accounts payable and staff expense queries are dealt with effectively, authorise and post all invoices to correct ledgers, all BACS payments are processed, suppliers are paid in a timely manner and complete all bank reconciliations and postings. The successful candidate will have the ability to manage a high volume processing role. You must have experience in coding, amending and posting invoices, reconciling supplier statements and manage payments via BACS or cheque. The post holder needs to be committed in the work they do, with a flexible approach to make a contributing effort to support the finance team. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with a methodical and organised work ethic. Previous exposure and knowledge of Agresso is essential. Equally previous experience of working in a finance team in a Accounts Payable function is essential. Candidates with the above will be at an advantage for this post, as you will need to hit the ground running and work under minimal supervision.
