Full Time-Temp to Perm Opportunity

Paying GBP9.00ph

Mon-Fri (40 hrs a week)

We are looking for a thorough experienced Export Administrator for our expanding distribution client based in Harlesden

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Inputting and processing operational data using warehouse management system
  • Completing stock and inventory tasks, including goods in, returns and order well management
  • Carrying out investigations where appropriate to resolve and minimise stock handling and systems errors, and focussing on continuous improvement.
  • Undertaking warehouse team member duties to ensure the delivery of a seamless, high quality warehouse operation to our customer. This may include order picking and replenishing stock and involves the manual handling of products.
  • To undertake such additional duties as may be reasonably required by the management team, including covering for other contracts when others are on leave.

The Customs/Export Clerk Role:

  • General administration of the bonded warehouse
  • Producing customs documentation for bond-to-bond transfer of bonded deliveries
  • Processing the Bond Duty Paid orders on Duty Management System
  • Organising booking collection for the sea freight containers
  • Any additional task as and when required

Knowledge and experience desirable/required for the role:

    • IT literate
    • Organised and methodical, with a meticulous attention to detail;
    • Must be a confident communicator, with a great team working approach;
    • Ability to balance conflicting priorities
    • The ability to work on own initiative
    • Numerate with good attention to details
    • A hard working, positive and flexible attitude
    • A good working knowledge of Excel, Word & Power Point
    • The ability to multi task in a busy office environment
    • The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
