A globally renowned arts organisation is currently looking to recruit a Financial Analyst, to support growth within the trading arm. Priding itself on hosting some of the world's most sought after art exhibitions and attracting a large global audience, they are in the midst of one of the most exciting phases of change and one of the biggest the organsiation has seen in its history. As part of this, they are reviewing their trading activities and looking to appoint a new Commercial Finance Analyst to act as a business partner to the Director within this area. In your role, you will build a strong working relationship with key decision makers and provide regular financial analysis and variance reporting on a regular basis, monitoring performance against KPIs. In addition, you will develop models for new commercial opportunities and inform decision makers of risks that will impact the financial plan. About You We are looking for bright Qualified Accountants (Finalists may also be considered), who have gained their experience within a similar commercially-minded organsiation. The ideal candidate will have worked in a FP&A or business partnering role either within NfP or Private Sector, however we are also open minded to individuals coming straight from Practice, who have the enthusiasm and drive to learn quickly. You will be working for one of the sector's rising stars and, as such, will be rewarded with excellent development and training opportunities.
