Our experience spans all technology types: from semiconductor manufacture to mobile telecoms; from data networks to core network routers; from Wi-Fi to operating systems and lasers to touch screen technology. We regularly include our leading antitrust and arbitration practitioners in the case team to provide truly strategic and comprehensive advice to our clients. We currently have over 100 dedicated intellectual property lawyers across our offices worldwide, with a wealth of experience across the full range of legal services relating to IP, both contentious and transactional. With much of our work being "cross border" we are adept at implementing and coordinating national and international litigation strategies to achieve the right outcome for our clients. Our global IP litigation team has all of the required skills and expertise to deal with the complexities of cross border litigation in all key jurisdictions. It is an exciting time for our IP practice following significant growth through the appointment of four of the UK's top IP litigation partners, and recent instructions on a number of significant and substantial technology patent cases. To support us in this continued growth, we are looking to hire an associate with 1-5 years' PQE. We employ the best people who offer the highest quality of service based on a thorough understanding of the technical and commercial context and the most rigorous project management of cases. Role and Responsibilities • Drafting and amending documentation and Court pleadings • Drafting expert evidence and witness statements • Advising clients in meetings, on the phone and in writing • Liaising with clients • Attending client meetings • Managing client expectations appropriately • Business development • Legal research Who we are looking for • Qualified lawyer with strong IP Litigation skills in an international environment • Excellent academic credentials • Associates with a technology/electronics/physics background • Detail focused and self-motivated approach • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines • Excellent client relationship skills • Strong interpersonal skills • 1-5 years' PQE Open Date: 14/08/2017 Closing Date: 11/09/2017 Salary: Competitive Location: London
