About the role Due to expansion our highly regarded infrastructure, construction and energy (ICE) disputes team, seeks an Associate to join the team. Top ranked for construction and energy work, with a network of international offices, much of the work will involve cross border disputes. As a Disputes Associate you will support the partners in handling a range of high value/high profile international arbitrations and High Court disputes within the energy, infrastructure and construction sectors. Disputes regularly demand close teamwork. In addition to this, you will also handle your own caseload. We offer a collaborative team approach with ambitious plans for growth, training and opportunities for development as well as having excellent long-term career prospects. About you Given the type of work you will undertake we anticipate that you will need to have between 2-4PQE to meet the demands of the role. You will also have an excellent academic record. You will also have solid experience in either construction disputes work or alternatively significant international arbitration experience. Experience in ADR will also be a relevant consideration.
