Harris Invictus Academy Croydon was opened in September 2014 because of the significant demand in the community for new, high-quality school places. In achieving our aims, we are building on the success of the three other Harris Academies in Croydon. Ofsted calls all three of these schools 'Outstanding'. They are oversubscribed with around seven applications for every place available. The Academy will move into a state-of-the-art, new building in September 2017 with 21st century facilities for all.
We are seeking to appoint a Design Technology Technician to join our team of support staff. Working within the Technology Department at Harris Invictus Academy Croydon, your role will be to help raise the profile of Design Technology within the Academy. You will support staff and students by the preparation of resources, ordering of materials, maintenance of equipment and in class support within these subject areas to facilitate the delivery of 'outstanding lessons' by teachers.
