Customer Service Consultant - immediate start
If you have experience on the phones this would be a great new role for you!
With an immediate start you could be in work this week!
The Consultant's role will be to respond to incoming leads which are generated through campaigns such as Rightmove and via our partners. Developing your business and telephone skills! This will involve taking calls from our partners and responding to direct leads into the business and asking them if they match our criteria.
The role is based at our head office in Worthing, it would be helpful to have a car for the location but not necessary!
The main duties and responsibilities of the post are as follows:
- Answering incoming calls & calling warm leads.
- Establish if a customer is over 60 and transferring them straight to our Customer Service team.
Education & Qualifications:
Maths and English language GCSE, C or above or equivalent.
- A sales driven call centre type role will be considered.
- You will be IT literate in database management and diary management.
- Experience on the phone is necessary!
GBP7.50 an hour, Monday to Friday (No Weekends!) and 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
