An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Restaurant General Manager to join our Burger King restaurant here at London Gateway Services, M1 Motorway, Jct 2/4,Mill Hill, London. As a Manager your challenge is to lead a team of around 30 people as you oversee all aspects our Burger King. It's your opportunity to recruit, lead, develop and inspire a team to deliver outstanding business performance, exceptional customer service and profitable sales growth.

Ensuring that everyone works within operational and financial controls, you'll manage stock and maintain the highest Heath & Safety standards too. We'll also look to you for new ideas and innovations that can help us improve at every level. With sound business management experience and a commercially driven approach, you'll bring first-rate communication, problem solving and finance skills. Ideally you will have previously managed a team of approximately 15 people.

You should also combine a proactive 'can do' approach with real energy and a genuine passion to deliver the very best service to every customer. Experience of managing a fast-paced food service outlet is essential. This will be matched with drive, passion and a proven ability to rise to a challenge and exceed expectations.

This is a permanent contract of full time 40 hours over 5 shifts per week working shifts between the hours of 7.00am and 11.00pm, across a 7 day operation. Ideally applicants will be flexible to work a range of shifts. Please note due to required working shift patterns applicants must be over 18. Basic salary to start in this role is up to GBP27,000 per annum, plus a potential GBP3,000 bonus. Applicants will need to be able to travel to London Gateway Services.
