Our client, a Global Financial Institution is looking for a Financial Crime Risk Manager to provide advice about the Investor Services business line. The individual would help to develop and maintain AML and regulatory standards to enhance and protect the reputation of the firm.

Duties Include:

- Regularly assess the adequacy and effectiveness of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies and procedures in place to monitor Investor Services businesses.
- Manage Anti-Money Laundering, Sanctions, and Anti-Bribery & Corruption related controls and advise the business.
- Assist in the creation of Financial Crime Risk analytics and metrics that provide the business with visibility of the control environment and emerging risks.
- Promote awareness within the business of applicable regulatory standards and industry best standards.
- Assist in monitoring Financial Crime Risk and adherence to the regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain relevant policies within the global markets business.
- Assist in performing efficient, consistent and rigorous risk assessments aligned with Group policies.
- Ensure effective reporting and mitigation of identified risks and issues.
- Review new and changing requirements arising from regulatory updates.
- Prepare documentation on all compliance issues.

The successful candidate must have solid knowledge of Investor Services / Fund Services and current AML and financial crime regulatory issues. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and demonstrate the ability to deal with Senior Management in the UK and Abroad.
