Our client, a leading law firm based in Chandlers Ford is seeking an Administration Assistant to support their Residential Property Team. The ideal candidate will have experience within the property sector and possess strong administration skills.

Your duties will include managing your fee earners filing and ensuring all files are up to date, dealing with incoming and going post, responding to client enquiries on the telephone in a professional manner, scheduling deeds, arching and storage of closed files, and assisting with searches relating to Companies House plus various other tasks.

The right candidate will have experience in the property sector and have strong administration skills, be a team player, have the ability to work under pressure and be organised in their day to day duties.
